Introduction

  Darbond® 1103 aluminum epoxy putty is two component, room temperature curing epoxy adhesive. It is aluminum powder and ceramic enhanced compound material. Cast aluminum burnish, suitable for casting defect repairing and damaged part rebuilding. It’s non-sagging after mixed, easy to use with wide application and has high bonding strength to substrate.

 

Typical Properties

  • Two component, paste.
  • Filled with aluminum powder to make color as close as cast aluminum.
  • Designed to repair blow hole, sand hole and dispersed shrinkage for aluminum casting. Also can be used to fill the excess of size and scratch.

  • Used for repairing various aluminum casting air holes, sand holes, shrinkage and cracks(typically suitable for over 2mm).
  • Also can be used to repair out-of-tolerance, scratched and broken. parts.
