Introduction

 Darbond®  1104T brone epoxy putty is two component, room temperature curing epoxy adhesive. It is cold welding repairing materials filled with brass powder and ceramic. Suitable for bronze casting defect repairing and worn part rebuilding, easy to use and non-sagging after mixed. It has high bonding strength to substrate and can be machined after cured.

 

 Typical Properties 

  • Two component, paste.
  • Filled with bronze powder to make color as close as cast bronze.
  • Can be machined after cured.
  • Designed to repair the blow hole, sand hole and dispersed shrinkage for bronze casting. Also can be used to fill the excess of size and scratch.

Typical Applications

  • Bronze epoxy puty is designed for repairing various bronze casting air holes, sand holes, shrinkage and cracks over 2mm.
  • Used to repair out-of-tolerance, scratched and broken parts. Widely used for manufacturing and maintenance of shipping, machinery, automobile and mining etc.
